policy<\/strong>, making it \u201clegal enough\u201d to operate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udea6 <strong>Reality:<\/strong> It\u2019s a legal workaround, but <strong>still a grey area<\/strong>, since the RC remains private (white plate).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This is why Zoomcar often tells users <em>\u201cwe provide insurance coverage via our partner\u201d<\/em> instead of to <strong>commercial (yellow plate)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practical reality = Most small owners and platforms run in the <strong>grey zone with insurance-backed
