(test from your phone)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_APN_Configuration\"><\/span>2. <strong>APN Configuration<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Is the correct APN (Access Point Name) set on the device?<\/strong><ul><li>Each SIM provider (Airtel, Jio, Vi, etc.) has its own APN.<\/li><li>If APN is not set, device can\u2019t send data.<\/li><\/ul>Example:<br>For Airtel: <code>airtelgprs.com<\/code><br>For Jio: <code>jionet<\/code><br>For Vi: <code>www<\/code><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>How to set?<\/strong><br>Usually by sending a special SMS command to the device SIM.<br>(See device manual; e.g., <code>APN123456 airtelgprs.com<\/code>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Server_Traccar_Configuration_on_Device\"><\/span>3. <strong>Server (Traccar) Configuration on Device<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Is the tracker configured to send data to your Traccar server\u2019s public IP\/domain and correct port?<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Example:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If your Traccar server\u2019s public IP is <code>3.23.45.67<\/code> and you use GT06 protocol, <strong>port is 5023<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set device to send data to <code>3.23.45.67:5023<\/code>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>How to set?<\/strong><br>By SMS command, e.g.<br><code>SERVER,3.23.45.67,5023#<\/code><br><em>(Check your device manual for exact command)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Traccar_Protocol_Port\"><\/span>4. <strong>Traccar Protocol &amp; Port<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Does the device use the protocol\/port you set in Traccar?<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check <a href=\"https:\/\/www.traccar.org\/devices\/\">Traccar Supported Devices<\/a> to confirm protocol and port.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Example: Concox GT06 \u2192 Protocol: GT06 \u2192 Default port: <strong>5023<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Device_IMEIID_Entry_in_Traccar\"><\/span>5. <strong>Device IMEI\/ID Entry in Traccar<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>In Traccar, is the device\u2019s unique identifier entered correctly?<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Should match exactly the device\u2019s IMEI or ID (as printed or shown in device SMS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No spaces or typos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_FirewallNATCloud_Security_Group\"><\/span>6. <strong>Firewall\/NAT\/Cloud Security Group<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Is your Traccar server accessible from the public internet on the required port?<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If using AWS\/Azure\/etc, open the required port (e.g., 5023) in your security group\/firewall.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can test open ports with <a href=\"https:\/\/canyouseeme.org\/\">canyouseeme.org<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"7_Wait_a_Few_Minutes_Reboot\"><\/span>7. <strong>Wait a Few Minutes &amp; Reboot<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Some devices send data every 30\u2013180 seconds, or only when moving.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Try driving the vehicle\/moving device for 5\u201310 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If still offline, <strong>reboot the device<\/strong> (power cycle) and check.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"8_Check_Traccar_Logs\"><\/span>8. <strong>Check Traccar Logs<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In Traccar UI, go to <strong>&#8220;State&#8221; > &#8220;Server Log&#8221;<\/strong> (or check log files on the server).\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you see raw data\/connection attempts from your device\u2019s IP, your device is trying to connect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If nothing, the device isn\u2019t reaching your server.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"9_Test_with_SMS_if_supported\"><\/span>9. <strong>Test with SMS (if supported)<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Many devices respond to SMS with their current location or config.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Try sending a \u201cstatus\u201d or \u201clocate\u201d SMS command;
